What We Do
Every AP subject has a shelf full of prep books, and they are not all equal — editions go stale, exam formats change, and some books simply teach better than others. We research the current options for every AP subject, compare them against the latest College Board course frameworks, and publish our picks so you can spend your time studying instead of comparison shopping. Ahead of each exam cycle we re-check our recommendations and replace anything that has been superseded by a newer edition or a course redesign.
How We Choose
Our recommendations are based on edition currency, alignment with the current course and exam description, and the quality and quantity of realistic practice material. You can read more about our criteria on the home page — the short version is that we only recommend current editions that prepare you for the exam as it exists today.
